Although quite pricey at £32.99, it is worth it for its cold keeping qualities and quality of construction. It is very well-constructed, comfortable to hold, easy to carry and really easy to fill.
It is available in a wide range of colours including pink paradise and melon mist. There are even limited edition Batman and Harry Potter versions. I have mine in Shadow (a light grey) and it looks sleek and smart.
Hygiene is crucial when it comes to reusable water bottles. Keeping them clean is must and the b.box bottle is easy to clean. The large opening makes it very easy to get into and clean and the stainless steel straw can be removed and cleaned easily with a straw cleaning brush. For those that prefer using a dishwasher, it is dishwasher safe (on the top rack).
While I love the b.box insulated flip top bottle it can’t be used with all types of liquid. It can’t be used with hot drinks or carbonated drinks, which for most people isn’t a problem (I only use it for water so it doesn’t bother me). My only real niggle was in regards to the packaging – the only real packaging was an external plastic bag (to prevent dirt and scratches). If you are buying straight off the shelf from a shop that isn’t a problem, but ordering online for delivery can have problems. Mine arrived in a padded envelope, which shouldn’t really be a problem, but it arrived with two small dents in the body (busy couriers are not always the most careful of people). I felt that for the price of the bottle an outer carboard box would have given it better protection for posting.
I feel that the b.box 1L Insulated Flip Top Bottle is a good quality water bottle for anyone looking to stay hydrated throughout the day.
