Top Trivia Ultimate

As this is a card-based trivia game, all your need to play is a pen & pencil for each team or individual players and, of course, the players. There are 2 ways to play; with a Quiz Master whose sole job is to read out the question cards or without a Quiz Master and each team reading out the opposing teams questions (we preferred having a Quiz Master).

Playing without a Quiz Master, the game is played using 20 cards per team – 100 questions (you can increase / decrease this as you see fit but 20 works well). Teams get to choose their category and side of the card they want to attempt to answer. They are asked all 5 questions for that side of the card, calling out their answers. Teams get 2 points for a correct answer, 1 point for a nearly correct answer (should you allow it) and if a team gets a question incorrect it is offered to the opposing team for 1 bonus point. The team with the highest score total after 20 cards are the Top Trivia Ultimate champions.

Playing with a Quiz Master is slightly different. The Quiz Master takes 4 cards from each category – a total of 20 cards. The Quiz Master will choose which side of the cards to use. The Quiz Master reads out the questions with the teams writing down their answers on their paper. At the end of each round, teams swap sheets for marking (2 points for each correct answer). After the 20 cards (100 questions) have been read out, answered and marked, the team with the highest score wins.

Overall, Top Trivia Ultimate is a jam-packed trivia game with a wide variety of questions, guaranteeing hours of fun without the fear of repetition. The varied categories mean that players from all walks of life can find their niche and shine. The game’s design allows for individual players and group play, making it a versatile choice for any social setting. Moreover, it’s not just about entertainment; it’s also an educational experience, as players learn new facts with every question. The varied questions and topics are great for engaging players.

The decks of cards sit nicely in the box and are colour coded so are easily selectable.

Top Trivia Ultimate is not just another trivia game; it’s a comprehensive package that delivers on its promise of ultimate fun. Whether you’re a seasoned quiz master or just looking for a way to spice up your game nights, Top Trivia Ultimate is a game that won’t disappoint. So gather your friends, test your knowledge, and enjoy the ultimate trivia experience.

And at only £20 for 500 cards packed with 5000 questions it’s an absolute bargain.
